The role:

  • Process sensitive employee data from our clients to our state-of-the-art payroll system
  • Ensure the timely process and delivery of payroll to our clients with 100% accuracy
  • Develop strong relationships with the HR & Payroll departments of our client base
  • Engage with prospects in an intelligent & professional manner
  • Prioritize & respond to inbound client requests with enthusiasm and the willingness to help
  • Prepare, organize & review payroll reports

Who we're looking for:

  • A college grad with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Someone with 1 - 3 years experience in Human Resources, Payroll Processing, Employee Benefits, or the like is a plus
  • An accounting background or at least a general understanding of basic accounting principles and a willingness to learn
  • A self-starting, door-busting, ambitious person willing to put it all on the line to make their dreams a reality
  • Wants to be part of a rapidly growing, fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment

The role:

  • Develop your pipeline through cold calling, prospecting, networking, marketing and more
  • Research and uncover sales opportunities 
  • Work directly with the company's President in a mentor/mentee relationship
  • Engage with prospects, presenting our industry-leading payroll services and HR products 

Who we're looking for:

  • Someone with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A self-starting, door-busting, ambitious person willing to put it all on the line to make their dreams a reality
  • Someone who looks to grab the bull by the horns and grow into a senior sales role with the ability to hire sales associates for them to train to be hunters
  • A recent graduate or someone with 1-3 years of sales experience with a track record of hard work & success
  • Wants to be part of a rapidly growing, fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment
